The confidentiality obligation is a special condition and a key principle of our work. Unlike many other translation agencies and companies, we give firm guarantees that all information received in the process of interaction with the client will be kept strictly confidential. This principle is covered in the relevant section of our Agreement. For long-term projects with government agencies and with companies whose information is strictly confidential and/or classified, we conclude a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

We guarantee our clients full confidentiality both at the stage or preliminary and principal negotiations and in the course of actual work on the customer?s material. We also officially warrant that any information concerning your company, employees, the nature of your business and any other information which we use during preliminary preparation and evaluation of material will not be disclosed without your consent.

After the work is finally completed, all information used during translation is returned to the client or destroyed.

The only potential exception are terminological glossaries compiled by the client or by our staff to make the process more convenient, improve the quality of translation and reduce the time required to complete a highly specialized project. Subject to the client?s approval, each new glossary is kept in a special, separate database, which is inaccessible for general users and is used for subsequent work on projects of the same client.
