ProfPerevod confirmed its full compliance with all the standards

In December 2016, auditors made an inspection audit of the Quality Management System and services rendered by the Company to control conformity to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Auditors also highly appreciated the following Company’s spheres:

  • customer-oriented approach, high level of competency and professionalism of employees;
  • efficient work system of sales department with potential customers;
  • a unique training system of the Company’s employees;
  • efficient work system with contractors and partners.

A quality management system works on the following key principles:

  • Process approach: all processes carried out in the Company are scheduled and automated. These processes include both internal interaction and all activities regarding customer services. Compliances of regulations and processes, terms and states of works are controlled by a special self-developed software;
  • Analysis and a continuous technological improvement of processes and technologies form the development basis of ProfPerevod;
  • Innovative IT development allows making transparent decisions, providing a customer control of situation through customer services, on-line interaction.

Audit results confirmed that the Quality Management System of our Company is successfully functioning, developing and complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. According to the certification audit results, ProfPerevod is recommended for the ISO certificate.
